Artists, crafters, and jewelry makers are cordially invited to apply for the
Annual Gift Fair of 2016 located in the Community Room and Community Corner
at Natur-Tyme, 3160 Erie Blvd. East, DeWitt, NY 13214.
The Annual Gift Fair was created to give Natur-Tyme’s loyal customers an opportunity to shop for special; yet, affordable holiday gifts for their family and friends.
This year the Gift Fair will take place on Saturday, December 10 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with set-up at 8:00 a.m. with suggested products price ranging from $1.00 to $99.00.
This event and the participating artisans will be highly promoted in both November and December's Natur-Tyme newsletter (mailed to 25,000 homes).
How to Apply
Please submit all your information by email no later then 09/11/2016 at mariarizzoart@gmail.com.
For the subject of the email please write: “Juried Call Application for Annual Gift Fair”.
In the body of the email list please write:
· your business name and contact information,
· 2-3 sentence description of your products and artwork,
· your price ranges,
· attach 5 to 7 images of your products with a 300 dpi (high) resolution,
· 1 photo of your table set-up.
Accepted Artisans Only:
Submit fee of $35.00 to cover your spot, you will be provided with 1 table and two chairs. Please make check payable to:
